Lauren Miller Joins Arm Candy as COO

We are excited to announce that Lauren Miller has joined Arm Candy as our new Chief Operating Officer!

Lauren comes to us from VMLY&R where she was Managing Director of Commerce.  In that role, Lauren worked with clients to create commerce experiences that provide value to shoppers, brands and retailers in a connected world.  Lauren managed a team of 30+ strategists across a variety of disciplines and was responsible for practice positioning, resource management and new business.  She has worked on clients across CPG, retail and automotive including Ford, Google, Sam’s Club and Southwest Airlines. Prior to that, Lauren led digital marketing at Sonic Drive-In in Oklahoma City.

One of Lauren’s first agency experiences was at Rockfish Interactive in Dallas.  Lauren joined the Dallas team when there were just a handful of employees in the office and helped grow that office to nearly 80 over the course of 8 years, positioning the agency well to be acquired by WPP and later merged with VMLY&R.

In her new role at Arm Candy, Lauren will be responsible for agency operations, recruitment and employee satisfaction.  She will be involved across our agency portfolio including both client direct and agency to agency engagements.

“When I first met John and the team, I knew Arm Candy was something special.  I am excited to work with this incredible team to build a new kind of media agency that is focused on delivering great work for our clients while fostering an incredible place for our employees to work and grow their careers.” Lauren said.

2020 will be a big year for Arm Candy.  We are focused on growing our existing client relationships and actively expanding our team.  Lauren will be a critical part of this growth and we are excited to have her join our Arm Candy family.
