2021 was a wild ride. Full of ups and downs and with too many meetings started by someone saying, “You’re on mute!”
But with any challenge comes an opportunity for teams to work together and overcome. And boy did we, and then some. And it’s not just Arm Candy! The advertising industry rose to the occasion and has learned to find a way to not only get through the pandemic, but to come out better, smarter and stronger than ever before.
Employee benefits have gotten better, compensation has increased, agencies are helping market products and services to help support people through hard times. The world has once again become less about business and more about people. And when you’re in the people business, it’s a good feeling when the industry migrates back to putting people first.
Our Team
Looking back, it’s amazing to think we were only a 5-person shop just two years ago, doubling in size to 11 people strong in 2021. At present day, 26 full-time people are aboard the Arm Candy Express, helping keep the train moving towards providing the highest quality media product in the marketplace—all while maintaining a people-first culture that brings joy back to the world of advertising.
Arm Candy is the epitome of an agency that is only as good as the sum of its parts and each year, we are blessed to have such an opportunity to be surrounded by the brightest minds in the industry. It truly makes our agency special, our products and services special, and most importantly, it brings joy to what we do everyday!

Sometimes we wonder: “are we the most fortunate agency that has ever existed?” How did we get so lucky to be able to work with the brands and agency partners that we do? To date, 100% of our client roster, whether it be an agency relationship, a brand or an ad tech relationship, has been referred. Our business has only grown because the partners we’re able to service have given AC a vote of confidence and helped us find other partners to whom we can bring value.
That is a remarkable stat considering we’re going on our 4th year of business. We’re on pace to deliver $100M in media in 2022, and we’re servicing over 100+ individual advertisers on an annual basis.
