About this role

This Media Associate’s primary role is to work alongside one of Arm Candy’s key clients and agency partners. This person has the ability to multitask, gives attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. 

You will be joining an Integrated Marketing team and will have lots of opportunities to work across teams and collaborate across many disciplines.This Media Associate will be responsible for assisting our Media Manager(s) and Media Investment team in all of their daily responsibilities.

Once ready, our Media Associates will begin running their own campaigns in Google Ads, Facebook, DCM, and other platforms getting hands-on experience that they’ll be able to expand upon. They’ll be given all of Arm Candy’s resources and training materials to learn, grow and take on more and more responsibilities.

This role accelerates years of media expertise into a crash course, with constructive and knowledgeable managers, there to guide you every step of the way. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate internally on client assignments
• Assist Media Manager(s) and Media Investment team on day-to-day client and agency partner activities
• Assist with campaign trafficking and tagging
• Learn how to buy and manage campaigns:
• Support efforts with clients and agency partners
• Compile and organize reporting and analytics
• Represent Arm Candy in a positive manner at all times

Qualifications

• Must be located in DFW or willing to relocate
• 0-1 years of media experience
• An eagerness and desire to learn new skills and capabilities
• Strong attention to details and highly organized
• Proficient in Microsoft Office – especially Excel (Excel is your best friend — or soon, will be)
• Bachelor’s degree required
• And most of all, a great attitude
