In what feels like the blink of an eye, Arm Candy has reached its five year anniversary. Every year at this time, I pause to look back at what this team has achieved and I can’t help but be drawn to the three things that make Arm Candy special: our people, our clients and our partners.
Our people
From the beginning, our vision has been to bring talented and brilliant minds into our organization and provide them the tools, space and culture to unleash their powers. It’s been remarkable to watch this vision take shape. I am continually impressed and amazed by the new ideas that get shared across our team and the care behind our work.
This group has never been better, smarter and more poised for growth thanks to the incredible experience and leadership I’m surrounded by in Marian Leonard, Alysia Ehle, and my partner, Andy Von Kennel. I’ve always appreciated the saying, “if you’re the smartest person in the room, you’re in the wrong room”, and I can say with confidence and enthusiasm, that will never be the case thanks to the incredible team we’ve cultivated here at AC.

Of course, I could not be more thankful to our clients, old and new, for being such an integral part of our journey. We’ve always taken pride in being intentionally different, and I appreciate your patience as we’ve developed new and improved ways of working to ensure our collective teams are delivering on the goals we’ve set out to achieve. Thank you for continuing to challenge our teams, for being open minded and being as passionate as we are about the quality of the work that we are delivering together.

As much as I’d love to look back and appreciate the chaos, the growth and achievements Team AC has earned these last five years, my eyes are fully fixated upon the future and what’s next. I can’t wait to be writing something just like this five more years from now and seeing what all we’ve grown to be!
