Media Associate
About this role
The Media Associate’s primary role is to support the internal Arm Candy team on all project management and day to day execution of our clients business and media needs. The Media Associate will also have client interactions with some ownership of entry level email communication and attendance in client meetings where they will be responsible for capturing key action items and discussion points. This person should have a passion for project management, highly detail oriented, has the ability to multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where proactivity is necessary.
The Media Associate will work within a team setting, assisting and supporting the senior team leaders and collaborating across multiple agency disciplines. A successful Media Associate will have a passion for media, both digital and traditional, and a focus on growing their foundational knowledge of business and media acumen, achieving specific and defined goals and expectations training and certifications at 90-days, 6-months and 12-months.

Key Responsibilities
- Project management within Asana (project management system) for all tasks across multiple departments for all team members, for client and internal needs, large and small
- Assist and support Media Management team leads on day-to-day client and agency needs
- QA and traffic of all creative assets for approved media plans
- Gathering and QA of status updates to be provided to internal team members and clients to keep all projects moving on time and at the highest quality
- Continual training and certification of defined media channels platforms in Social, Search and Programmatic to enhance media acumen
- Training on and enhanced fluency of CYRIS, our proprietary media planning technology, to understand how to activate media channels to deliver business impact
- QA of all reporting and analytics in custom dashboards to ensure impressions are being served and conversions are being tracked
- Training on and enhanced fluency of how media performance impacts our client’s business goals through data analysis in custom reporting dashboards
- Collaborate internally on client assignments with multiple team members and departments
Qualifications
- Must be located in DFW area or willing to relocate
- 0-1 years of media experience
- Passion for project management and paid media
- An eagerness and desire to learn new skills and capabilities
- Strong attention to details and highly organized
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office – especially Excel (Excel is your best friend — or soon, will be) and Google Docs
- And most of all, a great attitude!
