Arm Candy has once again been named to the Inc. 5000, ranking No. 3,509 among the fastest-growing private companies in America.

This marks our third appearance on the Inc. 5000, following rankings in 2025 and 2023, and another nice milestone as Arm Candy continues to grow our team, capabilities and client partnerships.

We’re proud of the growth. But we’re even prouder of how we’re growing.

Earlier this year, Arm Candy was also named an Inc. Best Workplace for the second consecutive year, following our 2025 recognition. That’s the recognition that means the most to us because we’ve always believed building a better advertising agency starts with building a better experience for the people inside it.

Inc. recently took a closer look at that philosophy, highlighting how our investment in our people has helped drive employee retention, client retention and continued business growth.

So, yes, we’ll happily take another spot on the Inc. 5000. But we’re most proud that as Arm Candy gets bigger, we’re continuing to build the kind of company we set out to create in the first place.
