Arm Candy Wins Most Effective Direct Response Campaign at 2022 DFWIMA Awards


Arm Candy continues their winning streak at the Dallas Fort Worth Interactive Marketing Association (DFWIMA) Awards in 2022, having won multiple awards in 2021 and 2020. In partnership with Citrus Advertising, the team won their first Most Effective Direct Response campaign award for a recruiting campaign aimed at driving highly qualified auto technicians on behalf of client, Caliber Collision, the nation’s largest collision repair provider.

Similar to other industries, auto mechanic companies are struggling to retain and grow their workforce. Caliber Collision partnered with Arm Candy and Citrus Advertising to recruit auto technicians through a digital campaign supported by programmatic, social and search paid media executions. The team drove over 43,000 leads in over 60 markets—in under 6 months.

Arm Candy’s team was led by Director of Media, Molly Snyder and colleague Alyssa Holland, Ad Ops Supervisor. The Citrus team was led by Ashley Dillard, Director of Strategy & Client Services, and Emily White-Keating, Executive Director of Strategy. 

This is perhaps one of the most intricate campaigns we have run to date—and it has truly been a full team effort. From strategy and planning to seamless execution and reporting, I could not be more proud of the work our team has done. This campaign, and these results, speak to the strong relationship and trust we have with both the Citrus and Caliber teams. I’m excited to see what we do next!

In addition to this team win, Arm Candy’s own, John Lods, has also recently been acknowledged as a finalist in EY’s 2022 Entrepreneur of the Year Awards.
